PoseView Web-Frontend Overview

The Web Frontend consists of three areas. As shown below.
  • Receptor selection area
    Here the receptor may be chosen. A custom PDB file may be added by selecting a file.
  • Ligand selection area
    Here the ligand may be chosen. A custom SDF file may be added by selecting a file.
  • Display area
    This is the central area for display of requested images or other information.
